I am excited to be writing to you as the new Head Teacher of St. Rose of Lima Primary School. I feel truly privileged to be coming back to a school community that has such a rich tradition of excellence, compassion, and faith at its core.

St. Rose of Lima is a special place. Its warm, inclusive environment and commitment to nurturing each child’s academic, spiritual, and personal growth are qualities that resonate deeply with my own values and vision for education.

Together, we will build on the wonderful work already being done by the staff, pupils, and families. My aim is to ensure that every child at St. Rose of Lima feels supported, inspired, and challenged to reach their full potential. I look forward to fostering an atmosphere of curiosity and joy in learning while upholding the strong Catholic ethos that underpins everything we do.

As we begin this new chapter, I am excited about the opportunity to work together as a community to revisit and refresh our school values. By engaging in a process of reflection and dialogue, we can ensure that these values continue to be relevant and meaningful, meeting the needs of everyone in our school. I believe that by grounding our decisions and actions in a shared vision, we can strengthen our sense of unity and purpose as a school family. 

I am committed to working in partnership with each of you, parents, staff and parishioners, to ensure our children thrive in a safe, happy, and vibrant environment. I believe that by working together, we can continue to make St. Rose of Lima a school we are all proud to be part of.
